Refund Policy for TKLA

At TKLA, we are committed to providing exceptional sports science and athletic conditioning services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent regarding our refund procedures. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our programs and services.

1. General Policy Statement

All sales for TKLA services are considered final once the service commencement date has passed, or a significant portion of the service has been rendered. Refunds are generally not provided for services already delivered or substantially underway. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-bycase basis, considering the nature of the service, the reason for the request, and the terms of any specific service agreement.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific service purchased and the timing of the cancellation request:

a. Consultation Fees:

  • If a consultation is cancelled by the client with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours but more than 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Training Programs (e.g., Monthly/Quarterly Packages):

  • Before Program Start: A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the agreed-upon program start date.
  • Within 7 Days of Program Start: If cancelled within 7 days before the program start date, a 50% refund may be issued, or the full amount can be credited towards a future program within a specified period (e.g., 6 months).
  • After Program Start: Once a training program has commenced, refunds will generally not be issued for the current period. We may consider pro-rata refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe injury preventing further participation, validated by a medical professional report) upon review. An administrative fee may apply.
